Chester Employee Takes To The Sky For Charity Jump

    CHESTER, ENGLAND, June 03, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A brave employee from ACF Car Finance Ltd, will be reaching the dizzy heights of 10,000ft next month when she takes part in a tandem skydive to raise money for BEN, the automotive and partner industries' own charity.

Jane Whittle, who works at the company's head office in Chester, will be taking to the skies on the 6th June at Whitchurch when she hopes to raise a total of GBP1,000 for BEN, ACF Car Finance's dedicated charity.

Daredevil, Jane, who is originally from Bolton, has already got her career off to a flying start after securing promotion to Marketing Manager at just 24-years of age. Her flair for marketing has also led to her covering the same duties temporarily for the other group companies including The Funding Corporation Ltd, Red2Black Collections Ltd and IM Financial Services Leisure Ltd.

Jane commented: "I'm thrilled to be taking part in the charity skydive for BEN. I've always enjoyed taking part in fundraising activities and I'm definitely looking forward to another challenge and raising money for such a good cause.

"I would like to thank all my work colleagues, friends and family who have offered their support to me with encouraging messages and donations to the charity. I've raised over GBP700 so far, so fingers crossed, completing the jump will give my fundraising a final boost to reach my target."

BEN is the automotive and partner industries' own charity, which offers help, support, financial assistance and advice to over 15,000 people in their own homes every year. The Fund also provides a home to over 350 disabled and elderly people in one of four nursing and residential centres. Any individual who works or has worked in one of the industries BEN encompasses is eligible for help along with their dependants.
