They have Category 3 Polycarbonate lenses that provide UV400 protection and cool sport Revo lenses. The frames are constructed from Xylex - a GE Polycarbonate/Polyester alloy that provides all the shatter proof and impact resistance of Polycarbonate but is lightweight, flexible and ultra durable. The Xtreme Convertibles are EVA Foam backed for extra comfort around the eyes and provides ventilation to reduce fogging. Their design meets ANSIZ87.1 safety standards and they have been designed to meet ASTM F803.1 sports safety standards.
