They call the concept a "personal warehouse". It is a term used in the storage industry to describe over-sized storage units that are for sale rather than for rent. Over the last several years, the concept caught on in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Texas, and in several northern states but they are new to Southern California. Unit sizes will range from 480 to over 3,000 square feet, far more than what is offered at any other Southern California RV storage, boat and car storage project. The Company is also heavily investing in security. The facility will feature regular security patrol, gated electronic access, multiple motion-sensitive security cameras and each unit will include an entry alarm.

The Company has secured the required entitlements to construct the project in Temecula Valley. They chose the site because of its central location and easy freeway access from Interstates 15 and 215.
