The Learning Experience Of Blackwood Child Development Center To Host Magic Show and Coat Drive To Benefit 'One Warm Coat'

    BLACKWOOD, NJ, January 04, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Learning Experience of Blackwood will be hosting a Tom McDonnell magic show and coat drive to benefit One Warm Coat. The event will offer family fun entertainment tailored for young children. Soft pretzels, beverages, and other light refreshments will be served. Event attendees are asked to please donate a new or lightly worn coat. New families donating at least one coat will receive a free month of tuition. One discount per family. Tours will be available from 12:30PM to 3PM on the day of the event, with priority given to those who call ahead to reserve.

"We are supporting the One Warm Coat donation drive to help the many families in need during the winter months," says center owner Lee Handis. "Our goal is to collect 100 coats." Since its inception in 1992, One Warm Coat has facilitated the donation of more than one million coats in thousands of local communities to non-profit agencies across North America.
