BRYAN, TX, January 18, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Texas A&M has always been a big part of Beth Sorensen's life. After visiting family in the area for many years, Sorensen has made Bryan/College Station her new home. She has joined Traditions Club as Director of Real Estate Sales, according to Spencer Clements, general partner and Aggie class of '86. Traditions is a private golf club community centered around a Jack Nicklaus-designed course which is home to the Texas A&M Championship Golf Team.
Sorensen said, "When I returned home to Texas last year I was drawn to Bryan/College Station by my granddaughter, Ashleigh, who is a freshman at Texas A&M. Discovering Traditions Club was a great delight. It reminds me of the wonderful communities where I worked in Georgia." Also, Aggie traditions have been a big part of Beth's life. Most of her family members graduated from Texas A&M, and her father-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law all taught at the university.
Between 1995 and 2009, Sorensen worked in residential new homes communities and custom home sales in the greater Atlanta, GA area, including the private, resort and golf community of Big Canoe in the north Georgia mountains. She also worked in the Midland, San Antonio and Temple-Salado markets during her career and earned many top sales awards.
