HONG KONG, February 10, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The annual Hong Kong Flower Show will take place next month, with thousands of people heading to Victoria Park to enjoy the elaborate floral displays.
Cineraria has been named as the theme flower for the 2010 show, which runs for ten days from Friday March 19th at the Causeway Bay venue.
People staying in accommodation in Hong Kong can expect to see spectacular and colourful arrangements from local horticulturalists, alongside displays by flower experts from the Chinese mainland and international participants.

As well as the displays, the show features musical and cultural performances, cooking demonstrations, fun games and commercial stalls.
Last year's Hong Kong Flower Show featured organisations from 20 different countries and attracted more than 538,000 visitors over its ten-day run.
The show is open from 09:00 to 21:00 local time and admission is priced at HK$14 (GBP1.10), with children and senior citizens paying HK$7.
