Kingwood Homeowners Association (HOA) Board Members Enlist for First-Ever AMI-Kingwood HOA Boot Camp

    BELLAIRE, TX, March 08, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Association Management Inc. (AMI) - Kingwood will sponsor its first-ever AMI Boot Camp outlining the fundamentals of HOA board members' roles and responsibilities Thursday, March 25, 7 p.m. at Deerwood Country Club, 1717 Forest Garden Drive. AMI Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO David Regenbaum, a nationally renowned authority on HOA management issues, will be the instructor for the AMI Boot Camp, which is free and open to HOA board members living in and around Kingwood, Humble and Atascocita.

"All too often, residents of single family homes and condominium communities volunteer to serve on their HOA boards and don't realize the full extent of their fiscal and budgetary responsibilities," explained Regenbaum, a 43-year veteran of the HOA management industry.
