Britain's Luckiest Mothers Live In York

    LONDON, ENGLAND, March 10, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Research claims the city of York is the place where mothers are the most likely to receive a floral surprise this Sunday.

In the study made by leading on line florist Serenata Flowers, York topped a national league table of 60 UK towns and cities.

York edged out Norwich, Cambridge, Colchester and Nottingham in Serenata's Mother's Day survey. Southampton, Reading, Brighton and Bournemouth also fared well in the study.

In contrast, Ipswich languished at the bottom of the league table while mums in London, Portsmouth, Telford and West Bromwich are also much less likely to receive Mother's Day flowers.
