"Despite a difficult housing market, many homebuilders have used this downturn to increase their focus on product quality and customer satisfaction," according to Robert Mirman, Chief Executive Officer of Eliant, a 'customer experience management' company that has been surveying new home buyers for 26 years. The recent 2010 Homebuyers' Choice award winners were culled from the results of more than 60,000 surveys which were administered in 2009 to all recent home owners from over 200 major homebuilders across the nation.
Pardee's success in the area of homebuyer referrals in the Inland Empire is the result of a team effort that includes the builder's sales representatives, construction manager and customer service staff. "The commitment made by our team's dedication to the buying experience and Pardee's customer-focused process, which includes additional touch points with buyers after the sale, and quality, orientation walks, are all key factors in our receiving this award from Eliant," said Steve Spence, director of customer service for the Inland Empire region division. "Everyone on the team is customer focused, striving to anticipate the customer's needs and exceed their expectations. We are honored to have been recognized by our homebuyers for our efforts and dedication."
