Tami King, president of Technically Speaking, said her firm decided to work with PryMarke after its managing director, Bryan Christiansen, approached her about collaborating on a major project in Turkey in early 2009. Labeled the "Bursa Project", PryMarke introduced higher profit-margin industries to Turkey to replace the ailing textile- and food-processing industries that have experienced severe competition from China and India since 2000. "This project required everything from export-import facilitation to technology optimization and training, so we have chosen PryMarke to represent us in Latin America," said King.
"We are pleased to be representing Technically Speaking in Latin America, as there is a high synergy between what we want to achieve in that region and what Technically Speaking has to offer," said Christiansen, a business and communications professor at Ellis University in Chicago. Highly fluent in Spanish as well as in Chinese and Japanese, Christiansen's firm will represent King's company to clients in the aircraft, education, export-import, medical equipment, information technology, and manufacturing industries from Argentina to Mexico.
