Pardee asked many of the 100 new homebuyers who purchased a LivingSmart Home in the Inland Empire what their life was going to be like now that they made the move to homeownership, and the surprising and clever answers inspired the 'Next Move Now' video contest.

The contest which runs through November 7, 2010 will award a grand prize of $500 and a second and third place cash card prize to contestants who submit a one minute video demonstrating what their next move in life is going to be. The concept is demonstrated in a campaign currently available for viewing on www.nextmovenow.com where many of the Pardee LivingSmart Homes homebuyers talk about what their life is going to be like now that they've made the move to homeownership
