MIAMI, FL, November 19, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Institute for Child and Family Health (ICFH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Emil Sotolongo, CPA as a new board member. Mr. Sotolongo is currently the Director of Accounting and Auditing Services at Jordan Castellon Ricardo P.L. based in Coral Gables, FL, where he is responsible for conducting financial statement audits, financial reporting engagements, and providing advisory services to clients.
"We are very pleased to have Mr. Sotolongo on our board of directors," said Stephen J. Makar, President of the Board of Directors at ICFH, "we feel that his accounting and auditing skills will be a great asset to the organization."
Mr. Sotolongo began his accounting career in 1999 and since has performed a significant number of attest and financial reporting engagements covering a great deal of different industries. He is a faculty member of National Business Institute where he gives seminars in accounting principles to attorneys and has performed numerous in-house continuing professional education seminars in accounting and auditing topics.
