Pardee Homes Earns National Honors For High Style, Earth-Friendly New Homes & Quality Marketing

LivingSmart Homes At Canyon Hills A Community of the Year Winner



    LOS ANGELES, CA, December 20, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pardee Homes announces a new round of honors for its achievements, with 8 Silver Awards in The Nationals. Judges commended the LA-based homebuilder for its detached and attached new home communities, green building brand and quality marketing. Presented under the auspices of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), The Nationals competition pays tribute to superior new-home sales and marketing by sales and marketing professionals, homebuilders and associates and sales and marketing councils.

Pardee's best-selling LivingSmart Homes at Canyon Hills in Lake Elsinore, California, took Silver honors as Community of the Year, and a Silver for model home landscaping demonstration of drought tolerant concepts. Since the grand opening in February of this year, these detached homes and their sister community in Beaumont, California, have earned multiple design awards and media notice for affordability, plan variety and flexibility and energy- and water-saving green standards.

Also a winner for Pardee Homes in this year's competition is Highlands Village, with Silver honors for attached home design, model home merchandising, sales center and print advertising campaign. The stylish community is in San Diego, and like the LivingSmart design series, has been noted for attainably priced ownership opportunities, a desirable community setting and robust sales.

The Nationals program is presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), a council of NAHB, in concert with MetLife Home Loans. Judges represent a cross section of home building's professional disciplines.
