BROOKLYN, NY, January 28, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Gowanus Print Lab of Brooklyn, New York has announced the introduction of a new week-long course for anyone who would like to start their own t-shirt screen printing business. Ground Up! Starting Your Own T-Shirt Business will cover all aspects of t-shirt printing, including digital art production, screen printing small runs, and the challenges and rewards of the business.
"This is a course our clients have been asking for," said Ashley Hildreth, director of Gowanus Print Lab. "There are quite a few screen printing classes offered throughout Brooklyn, but they focus on learning the basics or on mastering advanced printing skills. None of them take the "ground up" approach to screen printing as a rewarding and sustainable business, as well as a form of artistic expression."
