Duane Kinnon has over 20 years of non-profit experience, with a strong track record of board and staff development, effective business management, high impact program development and fundraising. He is passionate about human services, especially as it relates to family and children. Throughout his career, Duane has developed and implemented significant community-wide initiatives in early childhood education, afterschool programming, teen services and sports and recreation. These developments have impacted thousands of children by providing appropriate programs that improve and support their educational development and connectivity with others. Duane realizes the importance of creating and securing resources that are vital to the well-being of the people that he serves.
