On this new site, FACT is -- for the first time in the association's 23-year history -- enabling consumers to sign up for a FREE 30-day Membership.

All a consumer needs to do is log on ... fill in his or her name and e-mail address ... and CLICK. Within seconds, an e-mail is sent by FACT, telling the applicant how to take advantage of all the
benefits available.

Once the 30-day free-trial period is over, the applicant may simply let the FACT membership expire, or may continue eligibility for benefits by remitting the regular $3-a-month dues (payable
