RALEIGH, NC, December 14, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Chris Beacham practiced in civil litigation at both the state and federal levels, and most recently gained unique experience as an Assistant Attorney General handling eminent domain and land condemnation cases for the Department of Transportation in multiple counties throughout the state. He expects to use that experience in his current role at RRW to help private landowners secure just compensation when a condemning authority takes their land.
Beacham is also experienced in the areas of personal injury, civil rights and general civil litigation, and has handled multiple appeals including writing briefs and presenting oral argument to the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

A native of Greenville, NC, Beacham also taught Law and Social Change at East Carolina University, where he received his undergraduate degree, was inducted into Alpha Kappa Delta, Golden Key International Honour Society, and served as the school's Judicial Board Chair. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Norman A. Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University, where he was a member of the Honor Court and excelled in Advance Trial Advocacy.
Beacham is also a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and is licensed to practice before all North Carolina Courts and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
