As CEO, Mr. Wadhawan has full responsibility for LSi's company performance in business development, operations and infrastructure, and the development and implementation of short- and long-range plans to achieve overall corporate goals. Mr. Wadhawan's skills and knowledge base span the breadth of infrastructure and operational functions, providing a clear perspective on how these areas interrelate and affect all company stakeholders.
Prior to joining LSi, Mr. Wadhawan served as Director of Business Operations for the Civil Agencies Sector at STG, Inc., where he lead a talented team of Contracts, Program and Recruiting staff to meet financial and operational goals for this $80 million business unit. Major government clients included The Department of State and The Department of Homeland Security. Over a 4 year period, this business unit nearly doubled in size to end 2006 with over $80 million in annual sales. Prior to STG, Inc., Mr. Wadhawan held various positions in Finance, Contracts Administration and Technical Analyst for AlphaTech Corporation and Lockheed Martin Corporation. Mr. Wadhawan holds a BS in Accounting and Management Information Systems.
