Diane Key-Denbigh Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in IT Service Management

    CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA, May 16, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Diane Key-Denbigh, IT Service Management (Service Design), has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in IT Service Management.

Ms. Key-Denbigh has 15+ years of experience in Information Technology and recently joined the Service Management team at Alberta Health Services. In her current role, her focus is to ensure patient-focused, quality health system services for Albertans by participating in the transformation of IT towards a Business Technology enterprise.

Attributing her success to her determination, focus and creativity, Ms. Key-Denbigh remains a resolute self-starter. She has risen from challenging situations by going back to school in order to obtain formal certifications to match her industry experience. This allowed her to put her career on track in the area of her choice and satisfy her desire to "make a difference." She initially became involved in IT in the 80's and has gone from technical resource, to technical specialist and now is a process/governance influencer.

Ms. Key-Denbigh is currently a Certified ITIL Expert along with COBIT and ISO / IEC 2000 certifications. She is also a board member of the Southern Alberta branch of itSMF, working towards building branch management as well as promoting branch services and participation in events. Ever passionate about enhancing Service Quality and Customer Experience, she intends to have a stronger influence in the service industry in the years ahead.
