AGUADILLA, PUERTO RICO, November 26, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Puerto Rico prosthetic and orthotic rehabilitation center, Hi-Tech Prosthetic, has launched its sister site, Miprotesis.com.
"Miprotesis.com," says JT Ferris, website optimizer and CEO of the internet marketing firm, Trilufix. "is a community news site and forum for those in Puerto Rico, and Latin America, to gather to read news and learn about prosthetics, to share stories with others, and to be a social forum, an extension to other social networks like Facebook."
"I wanted miprotesis.com to be seperate from our company, Hi-Tech Prosthetic," says ABC and BOC Certified Prosthetist, Frank Ucros. "The site was designed with a community following in mind. There are many disabled people and veterans in Latin America that share the use of artificial limbs. This site will bring them together. I also hope to have others who wish to share press releases, blogs, or articles about prosthetics to contribute material to our website.
"We want miprotesis.com to grow and to become a one-stop prosthetic news source for anything related to prosthetics. We encourage all visitors to register at the community forum, join a group, and begin telling us their stories or asking their questions."
Miprotesis.com is a site focused on the Latin American demographic. As such, the website is entirely in Spanish and all content submitted must be in Spanish in order to be accepted. To submit content, Miprotesis.com has a link on the bottom of the page called "Submit Your Content". For those looking to join the community, in the upper right hand corner of the webpage is a registration link. There is also a link where visitors can view the community forum and respond to questions, comments, or anything else written in the appropriate topic groups.
