SCOTTSDALE, AZ, April 02, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- NAI's Suzhou, China facility announces that it has been awarded Nadcap Merit status for Electronics Cable and Harness Assemblies. "Continuing our Nadcap accreditation is an integral part of our overall commitment to the Aerospace industry and the quality of the products we produce," said Preston Speers, Chief Executive Officer for NAI.
NAI has held Nadcap accreditation since 2010. Having demonstrated their ongoing commitment to quality by satisfying customer requirements and industry specifications, the Nadcap Task Group has determined that NAI has earned special recognition. This means that, instead of having their next Nadcap audit in twelve months, NAI has been granted an accreditation that lasts until the 31st of July, 2014.
"Achieving Nadcap accreditation is not easy: it is one of the ways in which the aerospace industry identifies those who excel at manufacturing quality product through superior special processes. Companies such as NAI go above and beyond achieving Nadcap accreditation to obtain Merit status and they should be justifiably proud of it," said Joe Pinto, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the Performance Review Institute. "Benefitting from a less frequent audit schedule reduces audit costs and associated pressures and demonstrates the trust that the aerospace industry has in NAI, based on their past performance in Nadcap audits. PRI is proud to support continual improvement in the aerospace industry by helping companies such as NAI be successful and we look forward to continuing to assist the industry moving forward."
