BOSTON, MA, April 22, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Celebrate the start of summer in New England with free sailing trips on Boston's historic waterfront! The Boston Sailing Center is offering skippered sailboat rides during their annual Open House celebration from 1:00pm to 5:00pm on Saturday, April 27th and Sunday, April 28th. Sailors of all abilities are welcome to join the fun.
Each boat (ranging in length from 24 to 40 feet) will be captained by an experienced sailor, so you can sit back and enjoy the ride or take a turn on the helm! The Center's staff will also be on hand to answer questions about Learn to Sail programs (offered at $100 off!), seasonal membership options, racing, corporate charters, and more. All courses and memberships are discounted through Monday, April 29th. This is a great way to enjoy time on the water, check out the facilities and fleet, and talk to knowledgeable BSC staff and members.
The Boston Sailing Center has offered the highest quality instruction at any level of experience, from beginner, to racer, to offshore cruiser for over 35 years. Based on a converted Louisiana Riverboat located in the North End, the Center has an active member base of more than 400 local sailors and a well-deserved reputation as the premier destination for sailing in New England.
