/24-7PressRelease/ - MOBILE, AL, October 05, 2007 - Starting on the 17th of October, The Trellis Room will begin a monthly series of wine dinners that will feature bottles from their extensive wine list paired with Chef Mereday and Chef Pollock's creative cuisine creations.
The first in this exclusive series will be with Lisa Peju and her company Peju Province Winery, at 6:30 PM on October 17, in the Mobile, Alabama restaurant, The Trellis Room.
"Peju Province Winery, located in Rutherford in the heart of the Napa Valley, California, is a family-owned boutique winery," explains Peju. "We offer wine tasting of our award-winning red and white wines, including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and the family's specialty wine, Provence, a proprietary blend of reds and whites. Peju's exclusive wine dinner at The Battle House, Mobile, Alabama hotel features choice Peju Province wines paired with a succulent menu by the hotels two acclaimed chefs. The menu features over five courses and costs approximately $100 per guest. The following is the evening's planned menu:
