While still open and functioning in a temporary location within the hotel, the restaurant will celebrate an official grand opening in the 4th Quarter, when the new Zebulon's is planned to open its doors to guests and diners.

Currently Zebulon's Restaurant is under renovations and is slated to reopen during the 2007 4th Quarter. Styled with warm earth tones and highlighted by oranges, deep reds and yellows with brushed copper accents throughout the space, the Colorado Springs restaurant will have the traditional Southwestern feel with a twist.
