Charles L. Bonuccelli Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Accounting

    MANASSAS, VA, June 3, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Charles L. Bonuccelli, President of Strategic FAR Advisors, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in accounting.

While working in a government contract office at a university, Mr. Bonuccelli was approached by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). He began his career as a federal government auditor for this agency, gaining skills in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Cost Accounting Standards, federal procurement management, policy development, personnel procedures, finance and accounting. He currently serves as president of Strategic FAR Advisors, an accounting, pricing and business consulting firm.

Mr. Bonuccelli's main priority is his clients. He assists his clients in dealing with a full range of federal government contract accounting and administrative issues, including reviews of labor and accounting systems, internal controls over government contracts, litigation consulting, bid protests, and estimating systems reviews. Additionally, he manages the compliance of government regulations and analyzes policies to best affect clients' business growth.

Mr. Bonuccelli earned a Bachelor of Science from The Catholic University of America, double majoring in accounting and economics. He also earned a Master of Science in Accounting from the same university. A certified public accountant in the state of Virginia since 2009, he is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Bar Association, The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Defense Industrial Association. He also serves as the vice chair of The Accounting and Pricing Subcommittee.

Over his 35-year career, Mr. Bonuccelli names the highlight to be helping a commercial company increase its sales price on one product to the federal government, improving its bottom line more than $2 million per year. He attributes his success to his faith in God and customer service skills. As the years progress, he plans to expand his company to offer more services to improve clients' bottom lines and achieve personal and business success.
