Associated Asset Management Promotes Pam Hilliard to Oversee New Tempe Satellite Office

    TEMPE, AZ, June 14, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Associated Asset Management (AAM), LLC, a nationally recognized leader in community association management and accounting services for clients throughout the United States, announced it has promoted Pam Hilliard to director of operations Tempe/Tucson. Hilliard will oversee the company's newly opened Tempe satellite office. AAM is expanding its facilities to support a growing client base.

Pam Hilliard's background includes nearly 24 years in management positions related to homeowner association management, commercial management, rental property management and real estate. With AAM for nearly eight years, Hilliard started with the company as a community manager. She soon moved into an area manager position where she mentored, trained and supported community managers.

Hilliard also has a long history of humanitarian work. In 2010, she was a finalist for the Arizona Association of Community Manager "Guiding Excellence in Management" Award. This exceptional honor recognizes managers who have gone above and beyond in helping a homeowner, a community or a cause within one of the communities they manage.

Hilliard will manage a diversified team of 12 to 14 managers to start. As the client portfolio grows, the Tempe office will expand its staff by seven additional managers. The office also has a full support staff for accounting, disclosures, customer service and other departments all working together as a team with the management staff.
