Inspired by her family history, and great-grandfather (who was a Native American medicine man), Ms. Turner became interested in natural herbs and holistic forms of medicine. Proficient in training and mentoring, Ms. Turner aims to become a public speaker within the next five years, so to share her knowledge and expertise.

Recognizing the importance of networking, Ms. Turner is professionally affiliated with the American Herbalists Guild and North Carolina Herb Association, as well as a former member of the International Lactation Consultant Association.
