Dianne L. Stefanko Named a Worldwide Who's Who Professional of the Year for Excellence in Human Resources Operations

    WINNIPEG, MANITOBA, CANADA, June 24, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dianne Stefanko, Vice President of Corporate Services for West Wind Aviation, has been named a Worldwide Who's Who Professional of the Year in Human Resources Operations. Driven by her mentors and leadership team, Ms. Stefanko's professional achievements have not gone unrecognized; she is a notable human resources leader with a considerable amount of experience in the field. As the vice president of corporate services for West Wind Aviation, she is primarily responsible for overseeing human resource operations, such as payroll and employee relations. She is also tasked with strategic planning and contract negotiations.

Ms. Stefanko is well qualified for her position, as she holds a degree in business and human resources from the University of Manitoba. In addition to her degree, she is DISC certified and FAM certified. Working on her own initiative, she successfully implemented an ESL program that increased productivity and employee personal goals for growth. Ms. Stefanko maintains professional affiliation with the Society of Human Resource Management, and supports United Way Worldwide.

Ms. Stefanko attributes her success to Gary Beaurivage a great Leader and Mentor as well has her Mother Elizabeth Trueblood who taught her to be a strong independent lady, her 3 sons Ryan, Phillip and Trevor Stefanko who stood by her, supported her while building a career and showed her the true meaning of loyality.
