James Iszler Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Fashion Design

    MIAMI, June 27, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- James "Jimmey" Iszler, President and Chief Executive Officer of LAND Industries Inc., has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in fashion design and business management.

Mr. Iszler brings more than four decades of professional experience and design expertise to his role as president and CEO of LAND Industries Inc., a fashion leather goods company. In the course of his duties, he is responsible for selling and promoting leather goods including handbags, belts, travelware, business cases, billfolds and shoes, all under the LAND label. He plays a major role in designing the company's products and travels often to promote the business. Mr. Iszler co-founded LAND Industries in 1969. He believes his success stems from his hard work and passion for designing. The highlight of his early career was serving as a team leader for the Panamerican Foundation of Washington DC in a study mission for small credit agencies in five Latin American countries.

Prior to his work with LAND Industries, Mr. Iszler served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Colombia. While earning a bachelor's degree in economics at American University he worked at Senator M.R. Young's office in the U.S. Senate. He was a country director in Peru for the Andean Foundation, and later mission leader at the Pan American Foundation in 1968.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Iszler hopes to see his children take over his company. He enjoys driving ATVs and four-wheel drive vehicles in his free time.
