Hein Ehlers Inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Property Development

Mr. Ehlers has 25 years of experience in development, construction and financial management, with 23 years as the CEO of Devmark Property Group. He is an expert in many areas of his profession, including legal matters, property development and investment and construction within South Africa. In the course of his duties, he is responsible for handling the company's business strategy, its implementation and achievement of its goals. He regularly selects the types of projects to become involved with, and ensures that the projects are successfully implemented and executed.

Mr. Ehlers founded the Devmark Property Group 23 years ago, which is recognized as one of the top property development and investment companies in the Western Cape, South Africa. At the Stellenbosch University, Mr. Ehlers completed a BSoc Sc degree and obtained a MBA, which included a thesis on understanding South African fast food, and its opportunities. He would like to list one of the divisions in the group, Devmark Construction on the Johannesburg stock exchange within the next three years.

Mr. Ehlers attributes his success to his attention to detail, serious passion for market research and a detailed understanding of the property market in South Africa.

In 1998, he was recognized for his contributions to property in the Western Cape by the Institute of Marketing Management. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and golfing.
