He was previously President and COO of Precision Response Corp (PRC); a publicly traded integrated marketing services company. Prior to PRC, OBrien was CEO and President at TresCom International where he led its IPO and subsequent company sale.

Mr. O'Brien started his career at Price Waterhouse before joining MCI in the early stages of telecom deregulation, when tremendous growth potential was available. He quickly moved up from finance to business operations to sales and marketing, finally focusing on the customer facing side of the business as President of MCI's $1.5+ billion Small Business Division.

Mr. O'Brien received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He is a CPA in the State of New York. He donates to the American Red Cross of Florida and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
