Rosanne Rositano Inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Pet Care

    EDWARDSTOWN SOUTH AUSTRALIA, August 22, 2013, Rosanne Rositano, Director and Owner of Lillys Doggy Day Care Pty Ltd, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in pet care.

Ms. Rositano has recently become the director and owner of Lillys Doggy Day Care Pty Ltd. Using positive reinforcement techniques, she supervises dogs during day care and grooming, and she is responsible for managing the business. Oriented towards using positive reinforcement techniques, no undue force is used in its approach in either the supervising of dogs during day care or grooming of dogs, is respectful of the dogs attending the centre, their guardians, staff and visitors and is contemporary in the way it provides its day care and grooming services. The day care provides an environment that is caring, encourages fun in play and is safe for each dog entrusted to it. Lillys Doggy Day Care will continue to be creative in servicing the needs of dogs entrusted to its care and will bring employment satisfaction, opportunities and sustained economic benefit to its owner and staff.

Attributing her success to word-of-mouth referrals and a passion for what she does and believes in, Ms. Rositano separates herself from her peers due to her flexibility, thirst for information and education. She puts her plans to action instead of just thinking about them. Ms. Rositano became involved in her new profession because after 32 years in the legal industry she wanted to spend more time with her dog. She loves dogs and wanted to know that when she left her dog in the hands of a stranger, that her dog would be cared for. When she found herself dissatisfied with the method of care that was provided to her dog, she started her own dog day care and grooming center. Ms. Rositano feels that the highlights of her career were becoming a partner of the law firm she was employed by and, along with a colleague, being the first women partners in the firm. She is also proud to have received a travel grant from the University of Adelaide to study in Paris for six weeks during her MBA studies, and lastly, starting her own business using her entrepreneurial skills.

Ms. Rositano received an MBA, an LLM, an LLB with honors, a Bachelor of Arts where she majored in psychology, and a certificate in mediation from the University of Adelaide. She has also earned a Diploma in Media Communications and Information Technology Law from the University of Melbourne. She is a member of The Pet Professional Guild, The Law Society of South Australia, the Pet Industry Association of Australia, the Edwardstown Retail Traders Association and Business Chicks. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising and traveling. In years to come, Ms. Rositano intends to continue to grow and expand, and become known as the name brand in day care for dogs.
