Pardee Homes Wins Community of The Year Honors In SoCal Awards

    LOS ANGELES, CA, October 16, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pardee Homes's Alta Del Mar in San Diego's Del Mar Mesa has been named Community of the Year in the SoCal Awards, which honor superior achievement in new home sales, marketing and merchandising throughout Southern California. Winners in the 2013 competition were celebrated October 5 at The Grove in Anaheim, in a gala presentation attended by more than 500 homebuilding professionals.

Alta Del Mar's Community of the Year Award was for detached homes priced over $1 million. The designation is a jewel in the crown for Alta Del Mar, which also took SoCal Awards for its sales center and for Residence Three's architectural design and model home interior merchandising. The community also earned multiple top honors in the 2013 Gold Nugget Awards and the 2013 Icon Awards, including the coveted "best project" designations.

SoCal Awards judges commended Alta Del Mar for the comprehensive quality and design distinction it delivers, according to Judging Chair Lisa Parrish of Peter M. Mayer Productions. She also noted the luxury home community's Finalist honors for signage, landscape design, indoor/outdoor living concepts (Residence Three), model home merchandising (Residence Four) and architectural design (Residence Two).
