Drawing on 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Hardin serves as a corporate trainer, counselor, life coach and consultant with EMPAC
WICHITA, KS, October 28, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jenny Hardin, Corporate Trainer, Counselor, Life Coach and Consultant with EMPAC (Employee Assistance Consultants), has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication and leadership in coaching and counseling.
Drawing on 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Hardin serves as a corporate trainer, counselor, life coach and consultant with EMPAC, a nonprofit employee assistance program that provides services to employees and family members. As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Ms. Hardin focuses on topics concerning burnout, work-life balance, stress and time management, and women's issues. She believes that coaching can help increase focus and clarity, boost confidence and self-image, and develop clear visions and goals. "I'm passionate about helping people find their peace," says Ms. Hardin. "Life's too short to be in a state of conflict."
As her current project, Ms. Hardin is working to publish her book, "Get Busy Living: The Art of Getting Unstuck," through Amazon's self-publishing service. The book will serve as a psychoeducational memoir that coaches readers that are struggling with anxiety and depression. Part of the challenge Ms. Hardin faced in writing the book was getting to the heart of the stigma that society places on these negative feelings and working to reduce it. She hopes that readers will understand that she is writing from the perspective of someone who has been in a similar situation.
In former years, Ms. Hardin served as the executive director of a children's nonprofit agency. She has experience in supervision, strategic planning, fundraising, grant writing, group and individual counseling, and more. Due to her hard work and dedication, Ms. Hardin was presented with a Counselor of the Year Award and Outstanding Practicum Student Award.
Among her credentials, Ms. Hardin holds a master's degree in social work from Wichita State University, and a bachelor's degree in social work, with a minor in sociology, from Wichita State University. She also holds a certificate in supervision and is a registered Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
Ms. Hardin is looking to spread the word about her coaching and counseling sessions by phone; she offers these services to international clients as well, since anxiety and depression are not limited to within the borders of the United States.
