Spanning two weekends, Jan. 24-25 and Feb. 1-2, each of 10 Hocking Hills restaurants will offer up a sampling of one the area's favorite comfort foods. Travelers are invited to cruise the Hocking Hills area, stopping at each restaurant to enjoy a different comfort food, all of which were selected by Twitter and Facebook fans. The winning comfort foods visitors can try along the way include: cinnamon rolls; biscuits and gravy; vegetable soup; grilled cheese, meatloaf; macaroni and cheese; pizza; chicken and dumplings; brownies and chocolate ice cream. Comfort Food Cruise tickets are $15 and include one comfort food at each stop. $5 from each ticket supports local food banks. No restaurant reservations are needed but tickets are required in order to receive the featured complimentary comfort food. Participating stops include:
