Managing a fleet of six vessels, Golden Energy Offshore provides offshore service vessels, as well as other support vessels to clients on a global scale. Mr. Fagervoll began his career in the maritime industry after completing a Class 1 Master Marine certificate and working as a seaman. Challenged by the fast-paced and innovative industry, he assumed a position as director of chartering and business development for Aries Offshore, now Golden Energy Offshore. In 2006, Mr. Fagervoll was honored for his dedication and longevity in the field when he was promoted to chief executive officer.

In his current role, Mr. Fagervoll oversees all aspects of business operations, including strategy, safety management, and corporate planning. Serving on the board of directors, he is responsible for servicing commercial clients, traveling, managing staff, handling contract negotiations, and supervising sales and marketing. Drawing on his educational background, which also includes a Master of Business Administration from Aalesund University College, he has become an expert in maritime, team motivation, and leadership.
