The new development projects include phase I of the Hertz Worldwide Headquarters Campus in Estero, Sam's Club in Cape Coral, US 41 and CR 951 intersection improvements in Naples, Caloosahatchee Bridge upgrade in Fort Myers, and Winchester Boulevard extension in Englewood.
Many of the projects are multi-million dollar contracts with EHC providing various earthwork and infrastructure services.
Hertz Worldwide Headquarters Campus - Estero, Florida
EHC has been awarded a multi-million dollar contract by Turner Construction to develop phase I of the Hertz Worldwide Headquarters Campus in Estero. Earthwork and infrastructure services include clearing, excavation, grading, paving, off-site improvements, underground utilities, sidewalks and site amenities for the 37-acre site.
Sam's Club - Cape Coral, Florida
EHC is working with R. A. Rogers to develop approximately 38 acres for a new Sam's Club located at the intersection of Pine Island Road and Hancock Bridge Parkway in Cape Coral. The multi-million dollar project includes lake excavation, excavation, grading, import fill, parking lots, sidewalks, outparcel prepping and off-site improvements.
US 41 and CR 951 Intersection Improvements - Naples, Florida
Community Asphalt has engaged EHC to perform earthwork and infrastructure services for the US 41 and CR 951 intersection improvements in Naples. Services include excavation, embankment, demolition, stabilize subgrade and base for the project.
Winchester Boulevard Extension - Englewood, Florida
Zep Construction awarded EHC a multi-million dollar contract to provide site construction services for the nearly three-mile extension of Winchester Boulevard from CR 776 to CR 775 in Englewood. EHC is performing lake excavation, excavation, import fill, embankment, stabilize subgrade, base, finish grading for the four-lane collector addition.
Caloosahatchee Bridge Upgrade - Fort Myers, Florida
EHC is teaming with AJAX Paving to upgrade the Caloosahatchee Bridge in Fort Myers. EHC is providing the base layer for the project.
