Julie-Ann N. Mayer Honored for Success in Mediation and Organizational Management

    CAPALABA, QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA, April 18, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Julie-Ann N. Mayer, Managing Director of OrgAssist, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in managing and developing people.

Ms. Mayer has 30 years of professional experience, having recently become a managing director of OrgAssist. Over the years, she has established herself as an expert in change management, organizational culture development and conflict resolution strategies, in addition to workplace mediation, organizational productivity and performance enhancement, executive and workplace coaching, human resources and organizational consulting and workplace culture alignment and development. On a daily basis, she is responsible for providing executive coaching to clients, as well as conducting human resources consulting, training and workplace mediation services and facilitating the support of people during change processes.

Looking back, Ms. Mayer attributes her success to the opportunities with which she has been presented, as well as her education and experience across the field of people management. She has gained more than 10 years of experiences in the corporate sector, as well as 15 years in nonprofit work and five years as a lecturer at the University of Queensland and Southern Cross University, her alma mater. Prior to owning her company, she was the regional manager (QLD / NT / ACT) at PCC Worldwide, which is now Optum International, a United Health Group subsidiary, and principal consultant for Davidson Trahaire Corpsych, an Accor subsidiary.

Ms. Mayer received an MVET in adult education, specifically management education, from Southern Cross University in 2000, as well as a Bachelor of Social Sciences in human resources, mediation and counseling, which she also earned from Southern Cross University. She was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with AHRI, The Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia, AIM and the Christian Management Association. In years to come, Ms. Mayer intends to continue expanding her business and be known as an effective leader in the industry.
