Mr. Dodds' two decades of experience, coupled with his expertise in operational systems and information technology infrastructure, make him uniquely qualified to lead as both a senior IT executive and service delivery executive. Mr. Dodds' hard work, dedication and technical knowledge have brought him success over the last sixteen years. Currently, Mr. Dodds works with high-profile clients and manages information technology environments within the $20-96 million range. He has gained experience with Intel, midrange and mainframe platforms, managing both mission-critical systems and back-of-house systems for clients including IAG, Lend Lease and Telstra. He is also responsible for supervising IT teams, ensuring that Production systems are running effectively and overseeing budgets.
Prior to joining IBM, Mr. Dodds earned bachelor's degrees in both information technology and hotel management at the University of Johannesburg. In recognition of his achievements, Mr. Dodds was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding. He is also a member of IBM's One Hundred Percent Club, and was honored by the company with a Top Achievement Award. Looking forward, Mr. Dodds intends to become chief information officer or general manager of information technology.
