ChoiceSpine New Product Launch

    KNOXVILLE, TN, June 11, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- ChoiceSpine, a Knoxville, TN based spine company, announced today that it has received U.S. FDA 510(k) clearance for the BLACKBIRD Posterior Cervical Spinal System. The BLACKBIRD Spinal System was designed by a surgeon panel with the goal of improving upon current designs available in the market, simplifying instrumentation, and improving patient outcomes.

On June 10, 2014 the BLACKBIRD Spinal System will be available to a select group of physicians to evaluate and provide feedback on the system. A full market launch of the system is planned for 4th quarter 2014.

- 70 degree of non-biased polyaxial screw angulation
- Dovetail set screw design
- Easy to use instrumentation
