Abuelo's Mexican Restaurants, which has 40 locations nationwide, will offer a special, limited-time 25th Silver Anniversary Menu, June 24 through August 4, 2014. The celebratory, three-course menu starts with fresh guacamole, then guests may choose from three classic entrees including the Laredo, Sauteed Chicken Zucchini and Ribeye Steak and Enchiladas and finishes with its award-winning flan. Patrons may also enjoy the Silver Celebration Margarita with Cuervo Silver Tequila, St. Germain Liqueur and lime juice.
