Prior to starting Restag, Mr. Agresta earned a degree in chemical engineering at the Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in 1999. In 2000, he started working for an Italian company, Magaldi Power S.p.A., where he worked in hot bulk material handling, specializing in dry ash removal systems from coal-fired boilers. He began this work as a project engineer, then moved into the sales department. After 10 years of continuous successes, which included developing new markets for the company and starting up a subsidiary company in Australia, he became the sales director of the organization until he decided to start his own company, Restag.
