    CHEYENNE, WY, June 25, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Client Werks LLC today announced that agreements with stakeholders of Sovereign Holdings Group Trust and Ark Global Holdings LLC on the transfer of the Client Werks LLC business to the holding company, Ark, were signed last week, with immediate effect.

The asset protection business group will adopt the name of its popular moniker, "Offshore In Wyoming" that touts its Wyoming asset protection system and services as being Offshore-equivalent without the inconvenience, compliance costs and risks involved with being offshore, which is exacerbated by FATCA.

The Company will operate globally as OffshoreinWyoming.com Trust Associates LLC. The move consolidates the company's brand into a new logo and a single cohesive world-wide presence under the holding company, Ark Global Holding LLC.
