Earlier in his career, Mr. Winter served as a public affairs specialist with the U.S. Secret Service and a financial advisor with Legg Mason. He also provided valuable strategic marketing and communication services to Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Mr. Winter worked with automobile manufacturers to help deter President Obama's Trans-Pacific Partnership for a free trade agreement with Japan, and worked with the Center of Innovation for Nanobiotechnology to support their five-year strategic business plan. Further, he drafted a 2013 White Paper on health care reform, titled "The Delivery System's Dilemma & Growing Thought Trends."
A testament to his hard work and dedication, Mr. Winter was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding. He holds a master's degree in communications from American University, and a bachelor's degree in government and politics from George Mason University. He also completed an executive management program in advanced management from Harvard University.
