Mr. Bader has 41 years of professional experience, having recently become a senior partner and managing Partner of Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler, P.C. Throughout his career, he has set himself apart as a commercial litigator and insolvency specialist with additional skills in international licensing and corporate law.
Looking back to the start of his career, Mr. Bader became involved in his profession as an economics major deciding between law school or graduate school for economics. His first cousin was a lawyer with a well-known firm, so that played a part in his decision. Among the many highlights of his career, notable ones to mention include having lectured extensively in the areas of commercial litigation, licensing and insolvency, and being featured numerous times in "Crain's" magazine. He has also appeared as a special guest on CNN Financial News and CNBC.
Mr. Bader received a JD from The Ohio State University in 1973 and a Bachelor of Arts from Adelphi University in 1970. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with the Commercial Law League of America, the ABA, the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the Nassau County Bar Association. He is the president of the Board of Health at Tenafly, NJ and the former president of Alpine Country Club, Alpine, NJ. To remain in contact with other legal professionals, he became a member of the Bankruptcy Lawyers Bar Association. Mr. Bader is licensed to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and U.S. District Court in the Northern District of New York, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
