Jackson Design & Remodeling Makes Inc. 5000 "Honor Roll"

Magazine's annual list of the fastest-growing private U.S. companies. It is JDR's fifth time on the list, which earns the company the coveted "Honor Roll" distinction, a special acknowledgement by the publication for companies who have made the list five years. Joining JDR on the Inc. 5000 are top U.S. companies including Jamba Juice, Zappos, Pandora and Oracle. In addition, JDR announced it has moved up in the annual national rankings programs from the remodeling industry's largest and most respected trade publications, jumping to #21 on Remodeling Magazine's "Remodeling 550" and #98 on Qualified Remodeler's "Top 500."

Inc. Magazine's list of 5000 Fastest-Growing Private U.S. Companies in 2014 is compiled based on revenue growth from 2010 through 2013. To qualify, companies must be U.S. based, privately held, for profit and independent. Jackson Design and Remodeling is among the top construction companies in California named to Inc.'s prestigious list; just 1 of 4 companies with annual revenues between $10 million and $20 million. Over the past 3 years, JDR has grown by 84% and has almost doubled the company's annual revenue, from $5.4 million in 2010 to $10 million in 2013.

Qualified Remodeler publishes its annual "Top 500" based on the following criteria: Annual sales volume for the previous year, total number of years in business, association membership, certified employees on staff, industry awards and community service. Each company submitted a letter or audited statement from their CPA to verify their total volume of sales. Jackson Design and Remodeling has been ranked on the Top 500 list every year since 2004. This year, Jackson Design and Remodeling continued to move up the rankings, earning the #98 spot on the list, up from its previous spot at #100. The company also received special star recognition for awards, certifications and community service.

Remodeling Magazine's "Remodeling 550" is a list of the nation's largest residential renovation companies. It comprises four categories: full service, specialty and replacement, insurance restoration companies and franchise operations. The rankings are based on CPA certified statements on annual sales volume. JDR moved up four spots this year, coming in at #21 on the 2014 list, up from #25 in 2013.
