2nd Annual Real Estate Symposium

    ROCKVILLE, MD, October 08, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Soltesz/Grossberg 2014 Real Estate Symposium was a huge success, with over 260 professionals from the fields of real estate, development, and related business attending this year's event.

The keynote speeches provided by Montgomery County Executive Isaiah Leggett and Prince George's County Executive Rushern Baker were extremely insightful into the future of economic growth and development opportunities within those jurisdictions. The future of both Counties, along with the challenges and opportunities which they provide, were discussed by the two highest elected public officials from those jurisdictions. In addition, Soltesz President & CEO, James Soltesz, provided an in depth overview of the permitting process and the significant achievements in streamlining within both Counties.
