Emii Skyrockets Up the Charts with "Leaving You Behind"

    LOS ANGELES, CA, October 14, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Emii releases powerhouse ballad "Leaving You Behind" today on iTunes.

The feedback from radio has been overwhelmingly positive as "Leaving You Behind" charted in only its second week at A/C radio, and was in the top 15 most added songs on both the BDS and Mediabase Top 40 Pop charts in its first week at Pop radio. This puts "Leaving You Behind" on a similar path with recent hits like Ariana Grande's "Baby I."

With "Leaving You Behind" Emii has finally found a song which deploys the full dynamics of her classically trained voice that is often compared to Christina Aguilera and Mariah Carey.

"Leaving You Behind" is a change in direction from Emii's previous pure Pop hits Magic, Mr. Romeo, and Stilettos, which have accumulated more than 5 million views on YouTube. "It was time to grow and spread my musical wings", said Emii. "Leaving You Behind" is the first single from the star's upcoming EP of ballad-style songs.
