Flybe Launches New Route from Belfast to London City

    BELFAST, IRELAND, November 05, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Northern Ireland's relationship with London has expanded in recent years, so the news has been welcomed by businesses and leisure travellers.

Speaking of the announcement, Alliance MP Naomi Long stated that the much anticipated launch of this flight route will be a "boost for the local economy."

"It is a convenient flight, originating at Belfast City Airport and arriving in central London, giving both business and leisure travellers an easier way to connect to London," she said.

But with 3 daily flights direct from Belfast city airport this will make things a lot easier and more convenient."

The flights have been scheduled as part of a 5 year deal between flybe & London city airport, and went live on Monday 27th October 2014.
