SAN DIEGO, CA, November 28, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jaime Partners, the San Diego-based leading service provider for program, project and construction management services, is announcing the management of four different Market Hall locations across the United States. With locations breaking ground in San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle and Dallas, The Market Hall will be a nationally recognized brand by spring 2015.
Jaime Partners will be acting as project and construction managers for The Market Hall on all four locations, alongside interior designer Jane Kim Design from New York. The Market Hall brings an upscale restaurant and fresh market together under one roof. The Market Hall will feature a full menu restaurant along with a grocery section for fresh meats, produce and prepared foods like rotisserie chicken and sushi.
"We are so excited to be working on The Market Hall," says Rodolfo Farber, Co-Founder and Partner of Jaime Partners. "This style of aggressive expansion is new for us and we are enjoying the process of working in multiple regions at once. We are bringing our own style to these four locations and look forward to each opening. The Market Hall will have great open spaces and an inviting grocery experience, and we can't wait to take the concept national."
The San Diego location of The Market Hall is slated as the first of the four Market Hall locations to open. Located at the base of the Strata building in Downtown San Diego, The Market Hall will inhabit a 6,000 square-foot space and enhance the Downtown upscale grocery experience. Currently lacking in a similar concept, the San Diego location will provide a convenient opportunity for residents to dine and shop on a much more local level. The San Diego location is set to open in January 2015.
Following the opening of the San Diego location, The Market Hall will open its flagship location in San Francisco. Located in the up-and-coming Mission Bay area of San Francisco, The Market Hall will be location on a 10,000 square-foot site. The Market Hall San Francisco is set to open in spring 2015, and will feature the same upscale dining and shopping concept. This location is located near Channel Mission Bay's apartment development at 1101 4th Street in San Francisco in the newly developed area of China Basin.
Both the Dallas and Seattle locations are set to open in quick succession to the other two. All four locations are scheduled to be open by late Spring 2015. The Dallas location can be found at 3875 Ponte Ave. # 410 in Addison, TX and the Seattle location is at 809 Olive Way.
In addition to The Market Hall, Jaime Partners are also working on the San Diego opening of Caffe Primo, the Los Angeles-based European style cafe with designer, Lara Martinez. The San Diego location of Caffe Primo is set to open this upcoming winter and is under the same management as The Market Hall.
